Dear everyone, 

We know that you have a lot of parties during the semester and you might be happy about a refreshing event too, so we organize a one-day-long bicycle trip.
Don't hesitate too much, hopefully the weather will be nice and sunny, you can get to know the outskirts of the city better and have fun together;)

WHEN: 18th of APRIL (saturday), 9.30 AM ( do not be late, we need time to pick up the bikes)

MEETING POINT: Goldmann Square (BME)

We are going to SZENTENDRE (20 km far from Budapest). Its a pretty nice little city in the Danube Bend, and one of the biggest and the most famous tourism centres in the area of Budapest. We ride along the Római Part and following the Danube on the bicycle road and enjoy the spectacular view! No special equipments are needed, but some water/drinks and snacks, comfortable shoes and clothes, and just in case, a raincoat.

Marzipan Museum and Confectionery
Lunch/ pizza/ langos in a restaurant next to the Danube (there are a lot of nice places, a menu for 1500-2000 HUF, pizza for 1000 HUF) But it is not compulsory, you can bring some sandwiches as well.

Walk in the city centre, get some delicious handicraft ice-cream.

HOW: Most of you do not have an own bike, so we can rent them for you from the BME bike centres. It costs approximately 500 ft/ day/ bike + depozit (5000ft, what u get back).
